Due to the fragile nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Cancellations are accepted, but must be requested before your order has shipped. After your order has shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Refund and Order Resolution Policy
NovaForm Biohealth manufactures and distributes research-use-only (RUO) materials that are temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled. Due to the specialized nature of these products, all sales are considered final once shipped. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted to preserve chain-of-custody integrity and product validation.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted only prior to shipment confirmation. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. To request an order cancellation before shipment, please contact our compliance and support team at support@novaformbio.com.
Damages or Order Discrepancies
All shipments are inspected and verified prior to release. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, notify us immediately upon receipt at support@novaformbio.com with your order number and supporting details. Our team will review each case in accordance with our quality assurance and distribution protocols and provide a resolution where appropriate (e.g., replacement or credit authorization).
International Orders
NovaForm Biohealth currently ships only within the United States. Any international order placed through unauthorized channels is done so at the buyer's risk, and NovaForm Biohealth assumes no responsibility for customs seizures, delays, or loss during transit outside approved jurisdictions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances—for example, verified shipment errors or documented product integrity issues validated by our quality assurance team. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@novaformbio.com for an update.
Compliance Statement
All NovaForm Biohealth materials are supplied for in-vitro research and laboratory analysis only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not eligible for return once shipped due to controlled storage and research-grade handling requirements.
