We ship to verified research addresses only. Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. NovaForm Bio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.

NovaForm Bio provides products for research purposes only. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
